Thank you for choosing Ride Star Cycles for your new E-Bike or E-Scooter. Below is our comprehensive Shipping & Delivery policy to ensure a smooth delivery experience for our valued customers.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@ridestarcycles.com. so that we can help.
Delivery Time Frames
All delivery time frames are clearly stated on the product page. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the manufacturer and product type. For mainland UK deliveries, the following time frames apply:
Cyclotricity: 3-7 working days.
AmCargo: 7-14 working days (up to 21 days during peak seasons).
EMU: 3-7 working days.
Dallingridge: 3-7 working days.
Hygge: 3-5 working days.
Peddle: 3-7 working days.
Viking: 3-7 working days.
Mark2: 5-10 working days.
MBM: 3-7 working days.
Claud Butler: 3-5 working days.
Dawes: 3-5 working days.
Falcon: 3-5 working days.
Pure: 3-5 working days.
Yoikoto: 3-5 working days.
Li-Fe: 3-5 working days.
Revom: 3-7 working days.
Delivery Considerations
Please ensure that your delivery address is easily accessible for our carriers. Notify us of any potential delivery obstructions such as steps, barriers, narrow lanes, tight bends, or steep inclined driveways that may hinder the delivery process.
You may receive a call from our delivery company to confirm delivery date and delivery times. please do ensure you provide accurate contact details at time of order.
Additional Charges
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands & Scilly Isles may incur additional delivery costs and longer delivery times. Please contact us prior to purchase for further details and an accurate shipping cost.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@ridestarcycles.com. so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Liability
Ride Star Cycles prioritises the safe and timely delivery of your orders. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party carriers. We do not accept claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item if access restrictions were not communicated to either the carriers or Ride Star Cycles beforehand.
