Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we only deliver in the UK. This enables us to keep delivery times as short as possible and delivery costs low.
 
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
This typically depends on the product. Ordinarily, all approximate lead times will be shown on the product page. Rest Assured we do try to keep delivery times as short as possible and we will keep you posted throughout the delivery process.

What can I do if my goods are damaged upon delivery?
In the rare event any goods are damaged upon delivery please send photographs to support@ridestarcycles.com. upon receipt of email we will acknowledge your correspondence and seek to either replace components or replace the product. Rectification will depend on the extent of the damage.

Are your e-bikes legal for road use?
This depends on the bike, all of the e-bikes we stock with a 250 Watt motor comply with the regulations for electrically assisted pedal cycles (EAPCs) and are legal for road use. E-bikes with a motor larger than 250w should not be used in public spaces.
 
How far can your e-bikes travel on a single charge?
The range on all e-bikes vary depending on factors such as battery capacity, motor power, terrain, and rider weight. We provide estimated ranges for each e-bike model based on typical riding conditions on the product page.
 
Do your e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, we are official brand retailers for all of the e-bikes that we stock. Therefore all e-bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The duration and coverage of the warranty vary depending on the e-bike brand and/or model.
