Refund & Returns Policy
At Ride Star Cycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a 14-day return policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the following information.
- Proof of purchase & order number
- Date of purchase
- Product(s) that you want to return
To start the returns process, you can contact us at support@ridestarcycles.com.
Please be patient, as we will reply to your email within 72 hrs. Our email response will contain a unique return authorisation number and we will provide full instructions about how to make your return as swiftly as possible.
Please note, do not send returns back to our office address in Oxford. All items sent to this address will be returned to sender. You cannot make a return without a return authorisation number, starting the returns process without one may result in your return being denied.
Customers are responsible for coordinating the return of goods, unless otherwise indicated, and for covering associated expenses. we strongly suggest utilising a shipping company, be it courier or otherwise, who offer a tracking service as we are unable to proceed with a refund until the returned product(s) have been received and assessed. Please be aware that Ride Star Cycles cannot assume responsibility for any items lost during transit from the customers premises. This may result in your return claim being denied.
Please keep all packing material as this will be required to make the return
If you wish to return an item (or items) without damage or functionality issues, there may be a restocking charge of up to 15% of the product/order value. This varies on a product by product basis so please do get in touch for more information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help to correct the problem. If we are unable to resolve the issue, returns of damaged or faulty Items will be free of charge.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders, personalised items, made-to-order items or bespoke items). These items are one of a kind are unsalable to other customers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
