To validate your warranty, please retain your original invoice and product packaging, as these may be required if you need to return an item. Depending on the product, the warranty may need to be validated with the manufacturer. all details on this will be included with the product(s) delivered

Failure to maintain your equipment in line with manufacturers guidelines may result in your warranty being void
The warranty on your e-bike may be invalidated under the following circumstances:
- Routine wear of consumable parts such as tires, kickstands, saddles, handlebars, brake pads, cables, housings, brake levers, chains, and mudguards.
- Natural wear of protective coatings over time unless the wear is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Scratches, dents, broken plastic around ports, and tire deformation resulting from temperature changes or regular use.
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, abuse, or failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manuals.
- Any alterations or modifications to the e-bike that have not been authorized or recommended by the manufacturer.
- Damage resulting from incorrect assembly of the e-bike, whether done by the user or an unauthorized third party.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or exposure to external elements such as water, fire, liquid contact, or improper storage.
- Use of non-approved third-party components or accessories that do not meet the e-bike’s technical specifications.
- Damage to the battery resulting from power surges, use of an incorrect charger, improper maintenance, exposure to water, or natural deterioration, including the gradual loss of battery capacity over time.
- f the e-bike is reported as stolen or if tampering is suspected and you cannot provide proof of ownership, such as a receipt or invoice.
