Warranty Information

Frame Warranty - 4 years or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first)

Electrical Component Warranty - 1 year or 5,000 miles (whichever comes first)

Warranty does not cover perishable/wear and tear items and bikes that have not been serviced.

The electric parts of the bike (motor, display, controller, sensors etc) are covered by a one year warranty. The frame is under a 4-years warranty. Other items are not covered by these warranties.

The warranty is void in following cases.

• The product is not cared for in accordance to the Care and Maintenance guidelines.
• The product has any water ingress into electronic parts. For example, from a pressure washer, riding in puddles etc.
• The product has not been maintained, such as unchanged punctures, riding with loose/ missing parts or not cleaning/ lubricating your product periodically.
• Misuse of the product.
• Damage due to application of excessive force on threads, bolts and joints etc.
• Modification of the e-bike.
• Modification of the product, including changing/tampering with the factory settings on the display meter.

Your bike arrives fully assembled and ready to hit the road. Just unpack, and start your adventure! Rest assured, all of the bikes we sell undergo thorough pre-delivery checks to ensure quality and safety. If you do encounter any issues please do get in touch!
