Warranty does not cover...

• Perishable/wear and tear items - Such as tires, brake pads, etc.
  
• In proper Assembly of the bike
• Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with our product
• Damage or failure resulting from accidents, impacts, misuse, excessive load, abuse, or neglect (including improper battery charging intervals and/or recommended servicing intervals)

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or bikes that have not been regularly serviced. It's important to understand that battery capacity will gradually diminish with each charge and use. To make a warranty claim for the battery, you must submit it in writing. Typically, after 2 years of use or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first), a battery will operate at around 60% of its original capacity.

Delivery Information

Expect your new Revom bike to be delivered within 3-7 working days.

Your bike arrives 99% assembled, requiring minimal setup. Attach the pedals, align the handlebars, and you're ready to go! Comprehensive guidelines are provided to assist you and will not need any specialist tools. Rest assured, all of the bikes we sell undergo thorough pre-delivery checks to ensure everything is in order. If you do encounter any issues please do get in touch!
